Terms of Service

Last updated: 28 April 2026

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GuestPostFlow ("the Service", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. What the Service does

GuestPostFlow is a web application that helps you manage guest-post deals end-to-end: issuing private client portals, collecting content and billing details, processing payments through third-party providers, generating invoices, and publishing approved content to WordPress sites you connect.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under applicable law to use the Service. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@guestpostflow.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
  • submit, store, or publish content that infringes intellectual-property rights, defames, or is otherwise unlawful;
  • attempt to interfere with the operation of the Service, including by probing, scanning, or testing its vulnerabilities without our written permission;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service except to the extent expressly permitted by law;
  • resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer your access to the Service without our prior written consent.

5. Your content

You retain all rights to content you submit through the Service ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, display, reproduce, and process it strictly to the extent necessary to provide the Service to you (for example: rendering it in the editor, generating PDFs, publishing it to WordPress sites you connect, and creating backups).

You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit Your Content and grant this licence, and that publishing Your Content does not infringe any third party's rights.

6. Our intellectual property

The Service itself — including its software, design, branding, and documentation — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property law. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Service. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.

7. Payments, taxes, and refunds

Fees you pay us. Pricing for any plan, founding-member offer, or transaction is presented at the point of purchase. Fees are processed through Stripe and PayPal under their respective terms. You're responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase beyond those stated at checkout (e.g. local sales tax outside the EU). Where EU VAT applies, it is shown on the invoice we issue to you.

14-day refund window. If you're not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase by emailing hello@guestpostflow.com. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. We may decline a refund where the Service has been substantially used during the 14-day window (for example, more than three guest-post deals collected payment through the Service). After 14 days, fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or in cases of evident error or sustained service failure attributable to us. Statutory rights (e.g. EU consumer protection) are not affected.

Payments collected through the Service from your buyers. When the Service is used to collect payment from your guest-post buyers, that payment is a transaction between you and the buyer. GuestPostFlow is not a party to that transaction, is not the merchant of record, and does not act as a payment institution or money transmitter; we provide tooling that lets you accept payment through your own Stripe and PayPal accounts. Refunds, chargebacks, tax compliance, and disputes arising from those transactions are between you and your buyer (and, where applicable, the payment provider). You agree to handle them lawfully and in good faith.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including Stripe (payments), PayPal (payments), Convex (database and serverless functions), Resend (email), Cloudflare (hosting), and any WordPress sites you choose to connect. We're not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or terms of those providers, and your use of them is governed by their respective terms.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, if we're required to do so by law, or if continuing to provide the Service to you would expose us to material legal or commercial risk. Where reasonable, we'll give you notice and an opportunity to cure.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service — even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (such as for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may modify the Service at any time and may update these Terms when we add features, change pricing, or address legal or operational matters. We'll post the updated Terms here and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, are governed by the laws of the country in which the operator of the Service is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The competent courts of that country will have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute — except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual-property or confidentiality interests. Mandatory consumer protections under the laws of your country of residence remain available to you to the extent they cannot be waived by contract.
